Factory and industrial property financing

Industrial property financing covers factories, warehouses and industrial land, mostly for businesses buying premises to operate from or to lease out.

Development financial institutions and SME-focused lenders are active here alongside commercial banks, and government guarantee schemes can help SMEs that lack collateral history.
