Refinance your home loan

Refinancing moves your loan to a new package, to get a lower rate, switch between flexi types, convert to Islamic financing, or cash out equity for renovation or other needs.

Before you switch, check your current loan’s lock-in period and penalty, and add up the new legal, valuation and stamp duty costs. Some banks discount stamp duty when you convert from conventional to Islamic.
