Semi flexi home loans

A semi flexi loan lets you pay more than your instalment. The extra reduces the balance that interest is charged on, and you can usually take it back out by request, sometimes for a fee per withdrawal.

There is no linked current account, so no account fee. Semi flexi is the common middle ground for buyers who want to prepay without committing to a full flexi package.

What is the difference between semi flexi and full flexi?

Can I withdraw my excess payments any time?

Usually yes, but check the redraw rules: some banks charge per withdrawal, set a minimum amount, or only allow redraws after full disbursement.
